Specifically commercials for *your* car.
I know this has been done in the past, but a lot of us have gotten new cars recently, myself included. So post up an ad/your favorite ad for your car, IN THIS POST’S COMMENT SECTION.
The Silverado commercial above has always been a favorite of mine, even before I bought my 2010. That commercial originally aired in 2008, but the truck at the end of almost identical to mine save it being a crew cab rather than an extended cab.

This is for the pre-facelift version of the XV50 Camry (I have a 2016), but it’s too good not to use.
This is the only I could find for the Envoy:

These are lame ads, but its about all there is.
This one is pretty great.
This one is tangentially related

That got a chuckle out of me.

That Camry commercial was funny. And did the Envoy commercial actually... Brag about the specs of a car instead of just showing it off? Whaaaat.

The SN95 wasn’t a real high point as far as Mustang bodies go *couchcelicacough*, but it was about time they brought back these little iconic design features.

Still one of my favorite car ads ever — from back when VW’s creative work was still interesting. Circa 2001.

I win.

Huh, so that’s what that red is supposed to look like.
The tail lights were a bit of a grab. If it was a later one that actually has the 3 column lights it’d make sense.

VW really needs to go back to making these good ads like they used to.

TIL the tilt away wheel was a thing.

1995 was a bad year for commercials:
This one is better
Then for the new digs:

this was the only one i could find for the jag-u-are
and i couldn’t choose between these two for the alfa

One of the fail modes for the tilt-away wheel listed in the service manual is stiff steering from some of the blocks used in assembly or shipping not being removed. Another one is, oh, nothing more than popping into gear when the steering wheel is tilted away - thus leaving you with no way to put it back in park and no steering. Fantastic.

90s magic

The animation in that commercial... Yikes.

Well it was 1995

I know, right? They should have been vertical all along!
But I guess, putting aside the
Mustang
name and history, the horizontal lamps kind of go better with the overall design of the car. And nowadays, they also help serve as a visual cue to help tell old-school 5.0 GTs apart from the later 4.6s. At any rate, people in the early ’90s were just glad to see tri-bar taillamps return, even if they were sideways.

And now from the GTO to the Austin Healey

While not for the Outback, this is hands down my favorite Subaru ad ever put out!

Ours is a liftback, but you get the idea. It’s the only U.K. ad I could find.
The video below is an extended commercial.
But the car is the same bodystyle we have.

close enough I suppose; GX 470 ones are very hard to find. http://www.tvspots.tv/video/23436/lexus—let-it-snow

I have never seen a commercial for my Mazda5. Perhaps that partially explains why it’s discontinued. :(

Mine is almost exactly the same as the lead Tacoma. I don’t have mud flaps though. Right color, right trim level. Right doors right bed length.

that is awesome - never seen that one before

Apparently there was some contest to make a commercial for the 2008 Accord coupe so I’m not sure an official one exists.
I also don’t think a commercial for the 1st gen GMC Canyon exists. So here is “that one” for the Colorado.

Gotta love this one for the smart electric drive.
I made this one for my English class in Senior Year.
And I was one of the first people to get my hands on this ad before the facelifted W451 came out.
